Guidelines
When entering, please include the names of the horses you want to be entered for, your full name, your email address and an evening telephone number (if you would like to be notified by phone). Please include the word "lottery" in the subject line of your email. Separate emails aren't necessary - one email listing the ones you want to enter works fine! You will received email confirmation of your entry, though it is not automated so it might take a little while. Send entries to leslikathman@earthlink.net

Payment
Customers may pay using personal check, money order or credit card.  When paying by personal check, the item will be held until the check clears the bank. Payment needs to be made within ten days of the initial sale, or risk the item being offered to the next person on the waiting list. 

Time Payments
If needed, thirty-day time payments can be arranged with the following terms:
1) The initial down payment will be a least half the purchase price. 
3) The balance may be paid at any point during the 30 days.  The piece will not be shipped until it is paid in full.  In the event of a default, the down payment is non-refundable.
Time payments must be cleared when entering - not after names are drawn.

Shipping
Standard shipping and insurance are included in the sales price.  Pieces are shipped in new boxes with fitted-foam inserts.  Boxes are sent through the U.S. Post Office unless the customer specifies otherwise.  Please let us know if you have any special instructions, especially if your shipping address differs from your home address.  (If express shipping for Breakables is needed, purchaser will be given a quote for the different rate, depending on the shipping method required.)

Guarantee
If for any reason you are not pleased with a model, you will be given a full refund provided the piece is returned in good condition within 10 days of the initial purchase.
